Alright now the same cartoon, but the question is: What statement best describes the artist's viewpoint in this cartoon? Most Americans supported Roosevelt no matter what. Roosevelt's plans to expand the Supreme Court were foolish. Farmers abandoned Roosevelt after the Agricultural Adjustment Act. Congress ceased to pass Roosevelt's initiatives mostly because of the court-packing plan.

cause the cartoon is talking about justices which refers 2 court and in the cartoon its showing that he didn't get what he wanted cause the supreme court said no so they were probably thinking he was foolish...)
