he was planning mass murder here... he saw everyone sleeping soundly and wanted to kill them all in their sleep.

he saw all the heroes and lords in sleep. he was joyous as he thought to kill and from each man take life from his body :(  how monstrous is that? to have the urge to kill when unprovoked?  not sure what you are looking for, but you could add to that
