Keiko has a health insurance premium of $3298 annually. If her employer pays 90% of the premium, how much does she pay annually?

Since her company is paying 90%, that means she paying only 10%, so again do proportions. \[\frac{ 10 }{ 100 }=\frac{ x }{ 3298 }\]Just cross multiply and find x.
