11x-10<=11x+13 always sometimes or never true

OpenStudy (anonymous):

help please

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Try solving it. Add 10 to both sides: 11x <= 11x + 23 Subtract 11x from both sides: 0 <= 23 Since 0 <= 23 is a true statement, the inequality is true for every value of x, so the answer is it's always true.
