A pet store supply truck moves at 27.2 m/s north along a highway. Inside a dog moves at 2.46 m/s at an angle of 23.9 degrees east of north what is the magnitude of the dog's velocity relative to the road? answer in units of m/s B) at how many degrees east of north is the dog actually moving answer in units of degrees

the road is traveling north, so the phrase "what is the magnitude of the dog's velocity relative to the road?" means what is the velocity of the dog going north. so there are two parts: the truck goes north at 27.2m/s and add this to the dog's velocity in the north direction. so what we need to do is break up the components of dog's velocity into an x and y direction using the 23.9 degree angle. can yo do this?
