PLEASE HELP!!!!! I suck at graphing problemssss AHHHHH Patricia has two plants in her garden. Plant A grows 2 inches per month and Plant B grows 1.8 meters in a year. [1 meter = 39.37 inches] If the original height of the plant was 2 inches, and you checked on its height every 15 days, describe appropriate scales on the x-axis and y-axis to graph the rate at which the slower growing plant increases in height. Assume that the height of the plant increases linearly
