if i got suspended how do i get un-suspended? is that even possible?

yes, it is. if you are suspended say for 1 day, you will automatically get un-suspended after the day completes :P

You can bribe the mods with medals. 

But, being serious, if you want to speak for your side, contact abuse@openstudy.com and they may hear your voice. This is rare though, as moderators are fully aware of their ins-and-outs.

I would add: Email  abuse@openstudy.com and make your case for why you feel your suspension was not justified or what you will do on your part to make sure what caused it will never happen again.  NOTE: The site is designed to be rated G because ANYONE can come from the world as a guest and view anything on the site, so if you were just even inching out of the G zone, the suspension may be seen as justified.
