As best I understand, you need to get a piece of 8.5" by 11" graph paper and a ruler and totally fill up the paper with a least five types of polygons from the list. Don't have any gaps. By label the vertices, you may need to give the coordinates as well as the letter denoting the vertex point.

I'm going to look at some tessellations to help you get some ideas.

You could work up something like this. Look at the regular hexagons, squares, and equilateral triangles and how they fit together. Though, you need two more polygons from the list.
