3y = -2x + 1200
y = -2/3x + 400
slope is -2/3 and y intercept is 400

as for putting it in slope intercept form, I am not sure, so this is a guess...
I will be using (2,3) x1 = 2 and y1 = 3
slope(m) = -2/3
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 3 = -2/3(x - 2)
