3y = 2x + 6

now sub -y + 7 in for x in the 2nd equation
3y = 2(-y + 7) + 6
3y = -2y + 14 + 6
3y = -2y + 20
3y + 2y = 20
5y = 20
y = 4

now sub 4 in for y in the 1st equation
x + y = 7
x + 4 = 7
x = 7 - 4
x = 3

I do not see a graph, however, he added 3 liters of fruit syrup and 4 liters of water.
