Find the second order partial derivatives of the function f(x) = x^2(y)-6xy^4 that where the same variables is derived twice.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Do you know how to find the partial df/dx? just differentiate w.r.t. x, treat y as if it was a constant.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

partial df/dy - differentiate w.r.t. y, treat x as constant. Then just repeat the process for both for the 2nd derivatives.
