Nathan, Joshua, Michelle, and Denise were in a room where a porcelain vase was found broken. When an inquiry was conducted by the building caretaker, each made a statement. Nathan: Denise broke the vase. Joshua: Michelle did it. Michelle: I did not do it. Denise: Joshua lied when he said Michelle did it. The caretaker knew that only two statements were true and concluded that Denise broke the vase. Describe in complete sentences the method you use to show that the caretaker made an incorrect conclusion.

What the heck? Is there more to this question? Like is this question belonging to a story?
somehow the caretaker has to be proven wrong
Well first of all everyone is blaming it on someone else.
Second no one blames each other twice.

The caretaker was wrong when he thought it was Denise who broke the vase. The reason why the caretaker came to the conclusion that Denise stole the vase was because, Nathan said it was Denise; and when he asked Denise she tried to blame it on Joshua, who did it.
When he asked Joshua, he blamed it on Michelle. When the caretaker asked Michelle, she didn't blame anyone. Michelle just denied breaking the vase.
