Pepsin or Erypsin?? I'm confused
Which one completes the digestion of protein ?
OpenStudy (aaronq):
there are a few that digest proteins, e.g. chymotrypsin, trypsin, carboxypeptidases. its not just one. they all cleave different peptide bonds depending on the R groups of he amino acids

But I have to choose one from them :/
