Can someone verify my answers for me ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The equations look right and I checked a couple answers, but not everything, but what I see looks correct. One little thing I would correct is when you're calculating the volume remember put the cube sign with your value.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh yes of course. Thank you for catching that for me. (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem.

OpenStudy (phi):

You have the right idea, but I think the radius r is about 0.37497 which rounds to 0.375 If you use that number your answers will be slightly different (but closer to the actual value)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, basically my answer is wrong? lol... @phi

OpenStudy (phi):

It depends how accurate the answer has to be. But I would change it, just to be sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is going in as a project grade. So it needs to be 100% accurate...

OpenStudy (phi):

I would say you aced the surface area and volume, but flunked the rounding... because you should not get r=0.374 from 0.3749...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait... That's what I got .. ? lol. You're confusing me. that is my answer.

OpenStudy (phi):

I typed you should NOT get r=0.374 from 0.3749... in other words, you SHOULD get r= 0.375

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, I read to fast. I will change it. (: Ty

OpenStudy (phi):

the volume is 0.22089... if you round to 3 places, what should you get ? look at the 4th digit. It is 8 if the 4th digit is 5 or bigger, round up. you should get 0.221
