Let the price set to be x; He has 18 bags to sell, each worth x dollars; So if he sells all of them he would get 18*x dollars; David needs at least $210, and now he has 18*x dollars That makes the minimum 18x = 210 which you can solve for x to get singular min price.

just divide 210 by 18. :)
