In a large bag of skittles, each of the 5 colors(Red,Orange,Yellow,Blue,Green) occurs with the same probability. You reach in and select 2 candies. Find the probability that exactly one of the candies is orange.

Sorry it was 2 candies not 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You pick orange (1 out of five) then you pick one of the others (4 out of 5) or you pick the other (4 out of 5) then pick the orange (1/5). SO the prob would be 1/5 times 4/5 plus 4/5 times 1/5. =8/25 I believe... or a 32% chance

So 0.32?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, that is what I think

Thanks :)
