Some of the major issues and problems that arose in the United States during this period were: -Lazyness -Extra time -Uneducatedness The government was effective in responding to these issues because, well, they weren't really responding well... They increased debt and had many arguments between each other. Also, a good thing that happened, was that they created more job spots
