What voltage do you get if you connect batteries of different voltages in parallel?

If the batteries are ideal, identical batteries in parallel yield the same emf. Non identical batteries lead to destruction! If the batteries are not ideal, they can be different, but that would be inefficient because charge will be lost as the stronger battery will discharge in the weaker one.
