What waits do you use to work out our wrist?

Do you work out fingers? You don't, right?
I work out everyday my arms,wrists,fingers(its hard to explain) and my legs for my wrist i use 20 lb. At first you should start with 2-5 lb. weights, then once you have mastered it 6-8 lb, so on 9-? anything until you are comfortable. :D
I work 210 on feet.
I meant 20 lb. for my wrists. On my arms 110 legs 205.
I think working out one part of your body everyday is not the best option, because it takes about 48 hours for the muscles to fully reset, (you know what I mean)
Yes I know what you mean I work out 3 parts of my body everyday. Rofl(i know what you mean)
Hope you don't repeat working out one part of your body twice within 48 mhours after the 1st time...

Yes yes i do and i am glad to, its more like part of my life than a hobby.
For me it is like Hobby-life. Something healthy to do....
If i have to do something else or see someone else than ill just put it to the side its no big deal. Working out sorta is my hobby, I dont workout every day i work out every other day :)
