There are an infinite number of solutions becuase the second equation is the same equation as the first equation just multiplied by 3.

OpenStudy (austinl):

\(3x+3y=10\\ -9x-9y=-30\) Multiply the top equation by 3 \(9x+9y=30\\ -9x-9y=-30\) \(0=0\) Therefore, as @Easyaspi314 stated, there are infinitely many solutions.
