How would you graph a linear function? I wrote the function in function notation. f(x)=y=2x+400 I have no idea if i wrote it the right way. The original equation is,2x 3y = 1200. Help?

Is it 2x PLUS 3y?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it is then it'd be y=(-2/3)x+400 400 is the y intercept and (-2/3) is the slope the slope is rise over run. go down 2, and right 3

Thanks! What would the numbers connected to the graph be though? Any numbers between 2 and 10?
