sounds right to me :) because you're moving the decimal point 5 times to the right. since you're moving it to the right, it will be to the negative power. if it's to the left, it would be positive. good job :)

your math is correct. however proper scientific notation is always a number between 1 and 10 [not including 10]. so it should be 6.75 * 10^-3

@Euler271 ahh right.... @trumpetmaster7777 totally sorry. i completely forgot that the number had to be from 1-10 :( but it's good to remember for the future. maybe your teacher will still give you partial credit though since the reasoning is there... sorry about that!
