Find the derivative. y = sqrt(x)*(x+16) Alright, so I believe the first step is to distribute. x^1/2(x+16) =x^3/2 + 16x Which I got wrong. So I thought maybe there is a way to combine the terms further? 16x^3/2 =24x^1/2 Nope. Not sure what I'm suppose to do next.
