I turned on my computer, played for 30 minutes, and ten the screen had black/blue/red/white/pink lines all over it, What is going on? (It's already done this twice.)

My sister (5) through the laptop onto the couch yesterday and it landed on the hardwood floor. Could the be why it is doing that?

It can be :)  and part of your computer's Hard drive might be damaged
