You don't go anywhere . MOST people get reccomended & Someone else sends you a link for the application .. It's with Google Documents though .

Also there's no smartscore required but you need to have some OpenStudy experience before you can become an ambassador and for that your smartscore usually is above 60 (since this is very easy to achieve)
