The lines below are perpendicular. If the slope of the green line is 2/3 , what is the slope of the red line?

if the lines are perpendicular then the red line's slope will be the negative reciprocal of the green line's slope. The green lines slope is 2/3. To find the negative reciprocal, you " flip " the slope and change the sign. since the green line slope is 2/3, then the red lines slope is -3/2. (you see how I flipped the slope and changed the sign).
