First, simplify by distribution and simplifying like terms (all the x's and whole numbers). Then simply solve for x. If you have to divide by a negative number then you will have to switch the sign from < to >.
your answer should come out to be x < 2/5 7x-2(x-3)<5(2-x) 7x-2x+6<10-5x 5x+6<10-5x 10x<4 x< 4/10 or simplified to 2/3
