One way to look at this equation is to use a graphing calculator and plug in the choices and see which one represents the graph they give us. One sec let me do it and tell you which one is best.

1st one is to much to the left. 2nd one could be correct 3rd one is the opposite so no 4th one is wrong also because it starts with a negative. So the second one is your best answer.
