For the inequality y is greater than or equal to 3/4, would 3/4 be considered the greatest possible value or least possible value of y? Justify your reasoning.

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

y >= 3/4 I am saying it is the least possible value. The reason I say this is....well....3/4 is the same as 0.75, y could be 0.75 or it could be 0.85 or 0.95....all it has to be is greater then or equal. Therefore, 3/4 is the least possible value that y could be.
