Does anyone know how to describe the event where the United States declines to give aid to Hungarian patriots in 1849?
what do you know about the US's refusal to aid Hungarian patriots in 1849?
@SolomonZelman Well, I know that the United States had an isolationist policy and did not want to get involved in anything that did not have to do with the United States or would benefit America or its citizens.
what exactly is your topic? What aspect are you supposed to view that event from?
I mean historical aspect, moral, economic or some of them... about which aspects of that event are you writing about
I just had to explain whether or not that topic was intervention, imperialism, or isolationism; which I now know it is isolationism. Now I need to describe the event and the US's motivation for the event. It is a very unclear assignment. :/
Ok, so I am getting it clear, you are viewing from a historical prospective.
Yes sir :)
First of all tell me the answers to these questions> what is intervention? what is imperialism? what is isolationism? Tell me as much as you know about each one.......
Imperialism: policy of creating colonies in weaker nations in order to generate raw materials and have access to new markets Intervention: involvement by a foreign power in the affairs of another nation, typically to achieve the stronger power’s aims Isolationism: a policy of remaining apart from the affairs of other nations
Imperialism.... Intervention.... Isolationism.... for each what primary example can you think of?
should I tell you?
Anyway are you having a trouble with writing it or the information?
Its called Imperialism...
