How do I graph the domain for f(x) = 2•[x] if, -2 < x ≤ 1?

OpenStudy (azureilai):

Well, you have already stated your domain, that is which is from (-2, 1] Now all you need to do is apply the transformation to you graph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OH, I was thinking about it too hard then. I thought I was looking at the spaces between -2 going towards 1. (-2, -1, 0, 1)

OpenStudy (azureilai):

Yeah, basically you would have an open point at -2, then closed point at -1, 0,and 1. Then connect the points. Remember to apply the transformation though.
