Help me figure out where I went wrong please

so the form has to be in vertex form.

\[y=a(x-h)^2+k\]

I put in points like this to solve for a

\[29=a(3-0)^2-7\]

a=4 then I inserted the vertex

Answer is wrong though did I do the math wrong?
