if you take the number that is at 1999 and minus the number at 1995 you will get your answer of from one to the other

I will show you with simple numbers just in case. so how much does the number increase between 3 and 5? well looking at the we know right away that it is 2 because it is easy to tell. however if we subtract 3 from 5 we will get two as well. this is how we know that it works with larger numbers
