whaTS THE SUM OF 5-3i and the conjugate of 3 plus 2i

OpenStudy (azureilai):

Conjugate means opposite signs. 5-3i+3-2i

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5-3i IS 5-3i

OpenStudy (azureilai):

@whalexnuker Yeah I know, I am saying the conjugate of 3+2i = 3-2i. So the equation comes out to be 5-3i+3-2i. @imanistinson , just combine like terms to solve.

I thought OP was asking two different questions. The sum of 5-3i IS 5-3i. Not 5-3i+3-2i Lol, look at my typos.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In that case, its 8-5i

OpenStudy (azureilai):

yep
