Substitute your birthday into the equation + m = d, where y is the last two digits of your birth year, m is the month, and d is the day. If you were born on 7/10/1856 like Nikola Tesla, your equation would be + 7 = 10. Solve for x and identify if it is an extraneous solution. how would i solve this with my birthday i will reward medal

Your equation does not have x or y in it. It simple enought to just plug in your birthday into +m=d, but it is not possible to solve for x and y. Is that the complete equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea it is the complete question

OpenStudy (azureilai):

hmm, I don't think the question gives enough information. I am not sure how to do it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok man thanks for tryin

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I agree...you need a y or an x in the equation to solve it

i know it confused me to that is why i asked for help on it
