Because Calvinists believed they were doing God's work, they A. remained Catholic to be safe. B. were determined to spread their faith to other people. C. paid tribute to the Church of England. D. stayed in Geneva. A explanation would be nice as well

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

it is not A or B, because they did NOT remain catholic Calvinist believed that if you were a good and just person you would go to heaven and if you were a sinner you would go to hell without forgiveness. (they were Christians basically.) I think that C is the most relevant eliminate A and B, D? how can we say that Calvinists believed they were doing God's work because they stayed in Geneva? those have nothing to do with each other. I think C. To make the sin forgiven by giving sa donation to a church.

OpenStudy (cleonideu):

Ok I'll go with it thanks. Here is your medal.
