A 150-unit apartment complex is infested with rats. The apartment caretaker checked 9 units and found the following number of rats {2, 5, 3, 1, 0, 3, 7, 2, 2}. What is the relative frequency of units with no rats? A. 0.08 B. 0.11 C. 0.16 D. 0.22

Would it be 1/9 = 0.11 ? Since there's only one unit out of the 9 without rats. (I havent done this before but I just read about how to calculate it)

I think your correct. All i did was just add up the numbers and round them to the nearest whole number. I was a bit confused with this one, but am sure your right.
