Graph this 2nd degree function. Identify which function you used & the key feature of your graph. Explain how to find them algebraically.
Using your graph, describe if the average rate of change is increasing or decreasing, from left to right. Justify your observations with calculations.

\[3\times-3\] would equal -9
\[3-3\] would equal 0

and I think the average rate of change would be increasing, and moving left, but im not sure
