Since when you divide two scientific notation quantities, you subtract exponents, this becomes much simpler. You have basically one value X 10^9 divided by a second value X 10^9. Dividing the two numbers cancels the 10^9's out, leaving this... 6.63/3.71 Just plug it into your calculator to solve exactly. Or if you just want it fast, the exact answer is approximately 1.78706.
