Scientists often interpret scientific evidence in different ways. Which of the following is true about scientific evidence? The same scientific explanation must always be given for a specific set of evidence. All scientific evidence is always interpreted the same way. Different explanations can be given for the same scientific evidence. Scientific evidence cannot be interpreted to support scientific explanations.

Directrix (directrix):

@Starr_Dynasty What do you think is the answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but not really sure thts why im checking now

OpenStudy (zale101):

The same scientific explanation must always be given for a specific set of evidence. they way they said it "always" doesn't seem right, because if there's a scientific evidence i believe it will have variety of explanations on why it's there.

OpenStudy (zale101):

that can happen, but not always

OpenStudy (zale101):

i kind of think C is the answer, but i'm not exactly sure :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya thts wht i assumed why it would make it wrong statement also for B because od the "all"

Directrix (directrix):

I'm thinking this: Different explanations can be given for the same scientific evidence. That is the basis of scientific discourse, I think. A "how did this happen" kind of thing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I also believe that it's C.

Directrix (directrix):

Well, let's go with C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so is tht saying we take out the A and B make it between C and D but the answer chosen to be C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its C ok lets see if thts right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Bravo to u all especially @Zale101 have more confidence within your answer because tht was gr8

OpenStudy (zale101):

Yeppy :D
