I guess part of it is in the way it's presented
d/dx (h(x) / x) = (xh'(x) - h(x))/x^2 When x = 2, d/dx (h(x) / x) = (2h'(2) - h(2))/2^2 = (2(-3) - 4)/2 = -5
does the long line mean when x=2?
Yes
