I am trying to cite a program but do not know how.

Citing can be anything from date of publication, founders of the program, location, etc. Basically how, where, when the program started. dates of any publications. and who is the program credited to :) i hope that helped a little.

@BraunAb , have you ever used bibme.org? I HIGHLY recommend it. All you have to do is fill in titles and such, select a format for the citation, and it organizes it for you. :)
