Haha the first paragraph convinced me that it shouldn't be considered revolutionary. How do you think I should write my thesis? I'm always bad at them.

How could you not consider the american war for independence revolutionary? It was the first time that any colony rebelled against their mother country. It was the first government that was set up without a monarch or autocratic rule. A whole new country was created based on the enlightenment principles.
