I think it's B, but I need confirmation.  I feel like D is out of the question, because it's more of an opinion, and the map doesn't tell you what they refused and did not refuse to do.  For C, it doesn't appear that he migrated from Sana.  And for A, I can't even find the kingdom of Axum on the map.  Can you @Kfins99 ?
