How would you graph y+3=|x-5|?! I can't figure it out...Please help!!

on the y axis go up 3 and make a mark and on the x axis go up 5 and make a mark and draw your line

You have to bring 3 to the other side. And use translation to graph the equation. It's right 5 and up 3
