All you need to do is convert the units from km/h to meters/second. In 1 kilometer, there is 1000 meters. In 1 hour, there is 60 mins, and in 60 mins, there is 3600 seconds.
27kilometers/hour = 27000 meters/3600 seconds = 7.5 meters/second.
