Which equation defines the graph of y = x^2 after it is shifted vertically 3 units up and horizontally 2 units right? y = (x + 2)^2 + 3 y = (x – 3)^2 + 2 y = (x – 2)^2 + 3 y = (x + 3)^2 + 2

I know this question has something to do with this formula y = a(x-h)^2+k but my textbook doesn't really explain how to use this formula
