hm i don't see how a survey is going to help in determining success rates. Surveys are subjective and can't be employed for research of this type. Unless you want to do a "what do people think the major factors affecting the success rate of IVF are".

No no...see what I mean is....we wud talk to those couples eho have undergone IVF and were successful or unsuccessful.  Then try to know about their history. Read their case papers. And den come to a conclusion as to wat affected

hmm this is a hard to topic to do research on while not being a health care professional  because the confidentiality that surrounds the subject. i.e. I don't think people are going to want to give you their $very$ personal information, and doctor offices aren't going let you hangout there. The $B_{12}$ deficiency survey sounds more promising.
