@Brebrethekid The Black Sheep contains all of the following elements of satire except ironic situations a sarcastic voice suggestions for change a comment about society ** I have read the story I PROMISE , I am not Trying to cheat . The story is about an honest man moving into a city where everyone robs everyone and when he was being honest more and more people decided to stop stealing and just pay the poor people to steal for them. I think the answer COULD be sarcastic voice but I am not positive .

Which of the following sentences contains a noun clause? Louis did not know that Jocie could not swim. Since last August we have not seen a drop of rain. Racoons, commonly considered a pest, are very intelligent animals. The book that Finn is reading is borrowed from the local library.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do u know???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hold on .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it is A because when I looked up examples of noun clauses's this was an example : ( Billy’s friends didn’t know that he couldn’t swim. ) that sounds a lot like A .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A and D are kind of alike though because of the word THAT used in the sentences. But I do think its A because noun clauses can be used like nouns, so you could say Louis did not know that Jocie could not swim. thanks- you need help on anything else? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Louis did not know Jocie could not swim

OpenStudy (anonymous):

anything else I can help u on?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hold on and I'll tell u if i got it right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that other one was corruption of the powerful :( I got an 80%

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the noun clause was right though :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Message me if u need more help. Bye bye

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You should message your teacher and tell her why you don't understand that one you got wrong . She might give you partial credit or something , thats what my literature teacher does.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
