The factors are +10 and +3
so K^2 + (+10k) + (+3k) +30 (Here 10k + 3k sums upto 13k , which is the middle term)
Take the common factor out ,
k(k + 10) + 3(k + 10) = 0
so ,
k+10 = 0 and k+3 = 0
